Job Description:
We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for our cloud-based healthcare systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, assist users, and ensure system reliability. Hourly rate: $25–$32/hour, with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system updates and user training.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
