Job Description:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in our Portland store. You’ll assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Hourly rate: $18–$20/hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.
  • Process sales and returns using POS systems.
  • Maintain store appearance and restock inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
